I've recently learned that yard waste isn't picked up anymore on Tuesday's beginning 2/1/09. It will be picked up again in April. It's been in the newspaper and most of you might know that, but I didn't. Kudos to my neighbor for that info
If your trash can is outside during our high winds, understand your trash will be spread throughout our neighborhood. Use some common sense and put your trash can in your garage during 60 mile per hour winds (and all other times in my opinion), along with securing anything else that might fly.
