Hamilton Highlands Subdivision

I recently was made aware of the fact that our local shopping center (Great Southern) has become the number one place to purchase heroin.  The sellers prefer our shopping cntr due to its location near 270.  Buyers come from all over the state to make their purchases from sellers located in their cars.  They have a signal that is used between buyers and sellers.  This activity is causing more crime within our area. The participants of this crime are trying to pass bad checks at the local banks and shop lifting in order to meet their demand for cash.  The sellers park among the highest concentration of parked vehicles in order to hide their transactions.  The police are aware of this activity and at this point are unable to spot the situation.  I am posting this in order for others to be aware and to take actions that will keep you safe from these people.  Also many of the drivers coming into the area are high and driving, so be aware of their presence.  Driving while high on heroin can not be the safest way to travel our area, yet they are doing it in high numbers.

Very interesting.  Great information to have and I thank you for sharing.  Hopefully they'll mess up soon and get busted.  If the police are aware of this activity then I hope they have some plain clothed officers staked out there often!  I will be much more aware of people around me when I shop Walmart and Kroger.  Thanks again!
