Hamilton Highlands Subdivision

Hopefully, I'll get that done very soon.  I'm a little behind because of illness in the family the last 1 1/2 months.  Hopefully they will pay because right now we only have enough money left for mowing another month, maybe month and a half.  If we can't maintain the common grounds, our community will really look bad coming in off Obetz Road.

Well i don't care if my name is on some list.Enforce rules of neighborhood and you will get your fees from me. Until then no fees from this household.

 It is a shame that people cannot pay this small amount to have our entrances maintained. Although I did hear that one of the residents who works for a landscaping company offered you free mulch and it was refused. Why is this ? You could find someone much cheaper to mow also. What they charge is outrageous !!! We have paid our fee and I  feel this is so unfair to let the rest get away with it. Why even call yourselves a homeowners association when you do nothing to enforce anything ? I do agree with everyone else on that. Please hurry and post the list.

I agree with others. When rules are enforced then you will recieve the money from our household too... It seems that you have to be told all the time about the things this neighborhood is slacking on but no one cares. All you care about are the dues! Enforce the RULES!!!
