Just a reminder about our homeowner meeting/get-together Tuesday, March 1 from 6-8PM at Amvets #1312 on Lockbourne Road right before you get to Williams Road.

It would have been great to have notice of this meeting prior to Monday morning 2/28/11.  I work and haven't been on the site for 48 hours (my last post Sunday morning).  I check it often.  Found out from my neighbor 5 til 6pm on 3/1/11.  No flyer at our home.  Nothing blown off our home or mailbox.  Did only the people who haven't paid their due get this notice before Monday 2/28/11?   Maybe next time, post a meeting so people have time to SEE IT and plan for it, that would be great!   How long has the "organizer" known about this "meeting"?????

As an organizer of the meeting, I'm sorry you were not aware of the meeting.  I posted it on our website (calendar which shows on our main page) a month ago.  The flyers were distributed to all homes on Monday, February 21st.  I asked about the delivery to your house and was told that he put it on the storm door and that your truck was there.  My reminder post about the meeting was not the first notice of the meeting.  Again, sorry you missed it.
