This Sunday March 13 at around 11:00 AM my wife and myself went to this area to see   about the drainage problem.  What we found was nasty to say the least.  In the imediate drain area we pulled out landscaping timbers, couch cushions, half of a swing set, office furniture, trash in bags, yard and tree trimmings.  As sad as it was to find this in the drains and removed to allow drianing we went back at 5:30PM and found these items had been placed back in the drains I was upset to say the least.

I will make a promise to my neighbors I will get this drained and find out how these items got back there.  If people have not heard dumping is against the LAW and I will step it up to take pictures even more tham the ones today I have already contacted police and the city of  Columbus.

I find it hard to beleave that they are parents that dont care what there kids are up too.   But let every one understand that with the help of the cameras that will placed in the ditention area with the blessing of the city.  And for those who are dumping the tree trimmings and grass clippings that is against the law also.

It is a crazy world we live in and nothing makes more upset than those who think everyone else owes them something.

I have a great idea if everyone in some form from as simple as picking up a piece of trash cleaning between you and your neighbors keeping a eye out for any strange vehicles or people pick up the phone call the police you also have the right to call the citys 311 phone line for vehicles parked on or off the streets with flat tires that have been sittng there for awhile.

While I have said alot about the detention are and all of us doing are part its almost camping and boating time again remember you can nought have them in NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTY TWO HOURS IN ANY PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) DAYS...

Please its our deed restrictions and I promise I will be keeping a eye out for it I did last year and will this one also for those of us with comercial vehicles and trailers this law applies and for those of us that rehab houses and have trash on trailers sitting overnight in front of your house you can not do this and will be ticketed it has already happened and will again because of the mice and roaches that can be brought into our sub division.

Please dont be afraid to do something good for all of us call or notify me on the web sight I will call or help point you to the right place.

For those of you who are trying to make a living by hauling or cleaning its not a slam on you but ounce the mice, rats, roaches get a foot hold they will take over and are very expensive to get rid of.   For the ones with the recreational vehicles the streets are tight enough and no neighbor wants to see thos in there windows.  Remember yard wase pick up is Tuesdays at your curbs try to put in yard bags or cut into samll pieces and tie up with string.

Remember If you get mad about any of this you must be guilty and if you dont you must be doing your part.

Dont forget next homeowners meeting 6 April at 6:00 at Amvets on Lockbourne road about a mile from here on the left side before Williams road.

Your letter is very encourging, but Ive done pretty much all the above. Ive talked to neighbors, Ive called Sanitation Dept, Ive reported to gov.311. with no satisfaction. They have commercial vehicle plus recently 5 other cars in family. They continue to pile large trash articles between houses. I refuse to "better" front of our home this   spring. Does no good & only wasted $$$. they have dogS, with a messy, stinkin yard all summer. So, we refuse to pay anymore dues, hoping economy improves to be able to  move. Community is beginning to look like CORR RD!! There's constant "traffic" in/out there. People moving   in/out. Dread seeing spring/summer come, knowing filthy again all summerBg pools aren't suppose be in these yards.....there's pools. Tired of it.

People are amazing, aren't they!   Good information, but very sad to me.  It's just ashame people can't respect their own property, much less others property!  The cameras in the detention area are a great idea and look forward to the thugs being arrested.   Great work, thanks for posting this information.   Hopefully everyone will regain confidence in the neighborhood and play a part to help.   There is strength in numbers!
