The City Code Enforcement Agent was here on January 9th and went through our community. Listed below are the violations that he documented and hopefully by now have been resolved:
1515 Tera Alta: unapproved fencing around deck.
1403 Tera Alta: trailor in driveway (again).
1425 Hackworth: tow truck parked in driveway (again)he also took pictures and this may be going to court because of the repeated violations.
1402 Hackworth: truck with flat tires in driveway and expired tags, trash around house.
1410 Hackworth: trash around side of house.
1370 Hackworth: trailer inside yard.
4431 Habersack: trailer inside yard.
1350 Halfhill: trailer in driveway.
1430 Halfhill: truck in yard.
1502 Halfhill: vehicles across sidewalk.
The agent witnessed all these things first hand and as a reminder, these are city code violations.
