Does anyone know if it's okay to have an auction in our Hamilton Highlands neighborhood? Not sure if there were rules for it or against it. Please let me know asap. Thank you.

I don't see anything in our deed restrictions concerning having an auction. You might want to check with your neighbors if they have any problems with it since parking may be an issue. On our home page under Pages & Links you can click "more" on the right hand side. Then under Pages, click on the Deed Restriction Reference Sheet. I put a summary on there of our deed restrictions. Hope this helps.
