Please clean the building immediately after you use it, and leave it in an orderly condition.
Clean the restrooms and vacuum the carpets.
If you used the kitchen, clean all kitchen appliances, utensils and surfaces including the floor, and put supplies away.
If you used the stacking chairs and folding tables, clean and return them to the
storage room.
If you moved any furniture, return it to its original position.
If you used the grill and the patio area, please clean thoroughly.
A valve located inside the kitchen activates the outdoor gas grill. Please DEACTIVATE the valve before leaving the building.
Put all trash receptacles inside the building. Please do not leave any trash receptacles outdoors.
Take all trash from trash receptacles to your residence for disposal.
Turn the heat to 55 degrees (winter) and the air conditioning OFF (summer).
Turn OFF ALL lights. Lock ALL doors and windows.
Return keys to the reservation coordinator immediately to ensure that they are available for the next resident who has reserved the building. (That reservation might begin very shortly after yours.)
The community building is a smoke-free environment, so please do not smoke inside the building.
The Association will arrange for the repair or replacement of damaged items. 110% of the charges for repair or replacement will be invoiced to the Hamlet resident who reserved the clubhouse. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Effective May 1, 2001, Rule 3A in the Hamlet Rules and Regulations was amended by the Board as follows:
3A. Access. (as written) . . . All users under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adult.
