Reminders from the Board

MAIL
Help prevent mail mix-ups. Emphasize to anyone who sends you mail that your unit number must be included in the address to ensure proper delivery.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING
Each resident is responsible for replacing burned-out bulbs in the two exterior light fixtures outside your own unit. For some units, one light is on a side wall. (Some of our Essex models currently have burned-out side wall lights!). Please do not ignore these side wall fixtures because they help to light our walkways!


NEWSPAPERS
Please do not let your newspapers accumulate in front of your garage or front door. Remember to stop delivery temporarily when you are going to be away.


PARKING
Please instruct your guests to park only in designated parking spaces between the white lines, especially when you host an event in the Community Building for a large number of people.

During the daytime, please leave one regular parking space free in front of the Community Building for the U.S. Postal Service delivery person.

If you have two vehicles, please be sure that both are regularly parked inside your garage. Please keep garage doors closed except when entering or exiting.

WINDOW COVERINGS(curtains, blinds, etc.)
All exterior-facing surfaces of window coverings must be white.
