What About Auto-Pay?

Some Hamlet residents have asked about automatic
withdrawal from their checking accounts by the HCA for payment of monthly Association dues. Currently this service is not available.
Sherri McKinney at Poudre Property Services is investigating to determine the requirements for the HCA to provide this benefit.
We will notify all residents once a decision has been made about offering this service. Please note that if there is a cost to the HCA for providing this benefit, that cost will need to be passed along to the Hamlet residents who use the service.
