Post Settlement Services
While we have two specific orientations for your home, the Warranty Department will be available upon written request during the first two years of your warranty coverage for items specified in the Your Ryland Home Warranty manual. These requests can be mailed, emailed, or faxed. After the Warranty Department receives the request, you will be contacted within 3 to 5 business days, from the time we receive the request, to set up an appointment for your Warranty Supervisor to come out to your home.
