Brickman and Irrigation

Ryland is refusing to work with Brickman because of thier high standards and high price. Ryland has Contracted Ground Masters to fix what Ryland broke. *Note... we fired GroundMsaters for poor workmanship. The merger between Brickman and Ground Masters will not be complete until after the first of the year. Brickman was told by the Ground Masters supervisor that they would have it fixed and the system would be ready to pressure up on Friday (june 15th). Obviously that was not the
case except for the newly constructed Ryland houses for sale, including the model. Luke/Brickman is working
on it from his end. Brickman has limited authority in dealing with the Ground Masters irregation crews. We still do not have a date for the irrigation to be fixed, but suspect we are very close.
