I need to request your assistance one last time Tuesday night. There are a few small areas that still need to be seeded and covered. We will be able to finish Tuesday if I can get some extra bodies to help!
Groundmasters update:
I spoke with Bob (GM) about the cutting technique GM is using. It is causing ruts and grass to be "pushed over" instead of "cut". This is especailly noticeable on Rydal and between the houses! Bob met with me Friday and agrees after seeing the probel himself. Therefore, he will be onsite with his team and another supervisor to address these concerns when they cut Tomorrow! (they were going to cut Monday, but rain has postponed that) Also, another concern that I brought was a result of their mowing technique. A lot of thatch is being generated by either not raising thier blades high enough or mowing frequently enough. This is preventing grass from gowing, or even killing it in some situations. I am still waiting to hear back on the remedy for that? Aerating is an option, but who will pay for that? -Jason
