I'd be glad to walk through and look at these items. I've already spoken
with Aaron and his crew supervisor. We pulled the crew together and
discussed the importance of making sure we do not damage the
siding/downspouts/etc. We also reviewed making sure we are mowing away
from the buildings and cleaning up all of our work afterwards.
Aaron will also be walking through with the supervisor today to review
the damages and make him aware of the type of thing we need to avoid.

Luke... I wanted to make you aware of "possible" damage caused by your
crew. I am not assigning blame becaue we do not have any to prove the
damage did not exist before you took over. However, if we make these
repairs and these damages re-appear, then it would look to be your crew
causing the damage. Mabey we should look at the damage together? I have
