one of the action items on the "walk through" list that has not been
addressed yet.
7. The exposed wire should be reported to Cincinnati pool so that they
can
address.

Dear Board,

The Hamptons HOA held there bi-annual meeting last night. The HO's
raised
some questions of which I have included below. If you know the answers
to
these questions or forward information on the items I would appreciate
it.

Here are some concerns:
1. There is an electrical box mounted to 4x4 post. Is this going to
replaced or removed? ( I couldn't remember if there was an item on the
Daycare punch list that addresses this item.)
2. There is a hole, 18inches diameter, with an exposed wire next to
first
lamp post on windemere way going north.
3. The weeping sidewalk - I assured them that GM is working on the
irrigation in that area to fix the issue.
4. banner on top of hill - daycare sign - This is a new addition to the
hill
on the East side of Windemere Way. How to address this with the DC?
Are
signs for them allowed? Angie may know some of this information.
5. Asphalt @ daycare - There is a concern that the asphalt is patched
and
still not up to expectations. I am going to stop by tonight and look at
it.
6. Pool chairs are not reclining. I was told that the pins that the
pivoting brace connect to inorder to position the lounge chair back at
different angles, are missing. While I am at the parking lot tonight I
will
look and see how many are affect by this problem.
7. There is a wire in the pool area that is exposed. The individuals
that
brought it up were going to email me with the exact location.
