We have have had Brickman for 1 year now and I can honestly say, they did an outstanding job last year taking over for Groundmasters. This year has been a bit challenging because of the reasons we outlined in the Mailer (irrigation breaks mostly). Brickman has a tight schedule they follow for irrigation turnup, weeding, cutting, and trimming. We have asked them to stray from the that schedule to give us some special attention this spring/summer. They agreed to alter our schedule to provide seeding work and some other items. In doing so, our schedule has been thrown way off. Ryland has has been a huge roadblock and not helped us at all in moving forward with the beautification that Luke/Brickman and the BOT layed out, which includes slice seeding everyones front yards. So... yes, at first glance, it appears that Brickman is not taking care of our needs. However, there is alot more going on than meets than meets the eye. Once again, much of this was discussed in the mailer. Thank You, -BOT
