Irrigation discussion

I met with Brickman to discuss irrigation. Here are the items discussed:

1. Brickman will test and repair the zones that are not coming on, about 5 of them. They feel that cables and lines that one of the homeowners hit (while installing a patio) are to blame for 3 of the 5 zones.

3. Brickman will remove 12 sprinkler heads between 2 particular homes on Grasmere Run. There are currently 16 head beween the houses! It creates a flood every time they come on.

4. Every location with rotating heads will have thier "run time" increased because they are not as efficient as the stationary spray type heads. They areas with rotating heads are more brown than other areas.
