Neighborhood Improvement Program
Is a service that is available to homeowners who live within Harambee geographical boundaries and who meet income eligibility guidelines. Our home repair service is free of charge to eligible applicants. NIP repairs interior and exterior code violations on homes as ordered by the City of Milwaukee Building Inspection Office. This program is funded through Community Block Grant Administration (CBGA).
