Harambee Ombudsman Project, Inc. acts as the coordinating agency for this process (funded by CBGA), which elicits the involvement of the Harambee community at large to think strategically about the neighborhood's future. Harambee community residents and service providers are given the opportunity to propose prams and service that will best benefit the community. In addition, HOPI is responsible for the local assessment for the Harambee area, which includes completing resident's capacity inventories, conducting formal presentations to stakeholders, and completing asset inventories.
