I think this questinos has already been asked twice (By Betty Stephan at the 12/12 HOA meeting and by Doyle Harp at the 1/17 BOD meeting), but I haven't heard an answer yet.
If toxic mold is identified in unit X tomorrow, will the association proceed with immediate remediation?
Fairness would suggest that we would, but practicality might dictate that we would wait until we know the outcome of the lawsuit. What are your thoughts?
