Phase III does not have 7 acre's of open space to mow, and most of phase III is below the pond. Unless water recently started running uphill phase III shouldn't have to pay as much as phase II. Or we can all share the costs within the community. $75.00 a year ($6.25 a month) isn't a lot of money. Check out what other developments are paying! You will be glad that you live in Salem Woods. |

PHASE TWO HAS 30 MINUTE CUTTING TIME OF GRASS,REST IS WOODED SWAMP.FEED BY STORM WATERS, FROM PHASE TWO STREETS AND NEWTOWN ROAD.IF YOUR DOWN HILL OF POND AND NOT BEING FLOODED.SOUNDS LIKE THE POND WORKS WELL FOR YOU.MAYBE THOSE WHO NOW HAVE, POND WATER FRONT PROPERTY,SHOULD PAY MORE.OR WE COULD CHARGE COUNTY TO DRAIN PARK THERE. |
