Satellite Dish Installation Rules

The HOA shall not be responsible for any damages caused by the owner’s installation of a satellite on the roof. Please refer to the Declarations section 6.6(b) “Owner’s Liability”.

No satellite dish may be installed in the common areas. Section 16.9 Declarations. 

Gas and Charcoal Grill Policy

Grills are not allowed on the balcony or within 10 feet of the building enclosure. This is a fire hazard. The Florida Fire Protection Code specifically provides that no gas or charcoal grill may be stored or used in the balcony. Violations will be reported to the local authorities.
