Anyone interested in gardening: APNA Garden committee is always looking for a few green thumbs. And anyone is free to plant or dig or dig and plant! at the community garden at Park Street and Astor Place. Just picking up stray bits of trash is helpful too.
If you want to plant something, please respect the unity/continuity of the site, but otherwise, DIG IN! We need all the help we can get. If you're not sure if something will survive there, let me know and we'll figure out the best place to plant whatever species it is.
