GOOD BYE AND GOOD LUCK

Posted in: Hampton Club
MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED OUR 1 BEDROOM UNIT IN 1988 AS NEWLYWEDS. WE BROUGHT OUR NEWBORN BABY HOME TO OUR UNIT AT THE HAMPTON CLUB. MUCH TO OUR DISMAY THE COMPLEX STARTED TO TAKE A NOSEDIVE AND WE CHOOSE TO RENT OUR UNIT AND PURCHASE A HOUSE. WE HAVE HAD GOOD AND BAD TENENTS BUT HAVE ALWAYS KEPT UP OUR UNIT AND PAID OUR MAINTNANCE FEES. AS OF NEXT WEEK WE WILL NO LONGER BE HOMEOWNERS HERE AS WE HAVE LOCATED A GREAT PERSON TO PURCHASE OUR UNIT, THANKS TO ALL THE HARDWORK AND EFFORT ON THE PART OF THE VARIOUS BOARD MEMBERS WE WERE ABLE TO GET A FAIR PRICE FOR OUR UNIT, PAY OFF OUR MORTGAGE AND HAVE A FEW BUCKS LEFT OVER.
UNLIKE MANY OTHERS THAT FORCLOSE OR TOOK HUGH LOSSES ON THERE UNITS. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU HOMEOWNERS AT THE HAMPTON CLUB .....IT HAS BEEN A BUMPY
14 PLUS YEARS BUT IT SEEMS LIKE THINGS ARE ON AN UPWARD SWING........
