Greetings From Your Board of Director!
As of today, all documents posted on this page are current and complete. You may download any document you require. As you can see, there are two 2016 Proxy Vote Forms, one is for those who would like to type in their address, the other is for those who prefer to hand-write their address. Either form, typed or handwritten, will be acceptable at the Annual HOA Members' Meeting scheduled to take place on October 22, 2016. Make sure you give your proxy vote to someone that will be attending the meeting, if you are not able to do so yourself. If you would like to give your vote to one of the Board members, you may do so by contacting that member directly. Please see the annual announcement that was mailed to your residence for contact information, or the notice posted on this page.
Please remember to bring your questions, concerns, suggestions, and/or issues with you to the meeting. We will be voting either to extend the term of the current treasurer, or to welcome a new nominee. Bring your nominations to the meeting as well. You will find the place and time in the Calendar section.
