Yard of the Month

Annual Contest

All residents of Harvest Knoll are eligible to participate in this monthly contest which starts in May and ends in October. The “Yard of the Month” sign will be posted in the winner’s Yard to recognize this honorable designation. Current Harvest Knoll Neighborhood Association (HKNA) member winners will also receive a $25 gift certificate redeemable at Home Depot.

Yard of the Month Criteria

1. Neat and recently mowed lawn.
2. Lawn must be neatly edged and manicured.
3. All debris removed from lawn.
4. Color coordinated neat arrangement of flowers around the front of the home.
5. Grass between driveway dividers cut or trimmed and removed.
6. Garbage containers must not be visible from the front lawn or street.
7. Street in front of home must be swept and clean.
