Hi- I would like to know who to complain to for mosquitos in this area! I cannot even walk out of my house to work in my garden without coming in with 30 bites on my arms and legs!! This is the second year in a row that we are having this problem! I called 311 only to hear that the Health department does NOT accept complaints from the public! She looked up 10307 on her spraying schedule and told me WE ARE NOT ON THE SCHEDULE and weren't on it last year either!!! Maybe that is why the population just keeps growing... Yesterday we found a dead bird on our deck... I hope they are not waiting for us to get West Nile disease before they pay some attention!! Someone please get back to me with a course of action....
