Clubhouse Rental

For Clubhouse Rental, please call
856-3423 or email Heather at:     heartland_hoa@sbcglobal.net.
The clubhouse can be booked four months in advance and the reservation must be
made at least one week in advance. Once you request your date, if it is
available we will email or mail the contract to you. Once you receive the
contract you will have five days to return the completed contract.

The following is the pricing info::

Rental Fee $100.00

Cleaning Fee $50.00 (optional)

Security Deposit $200.00 (refundable as long as no damage)

When renting the clubhouse you will
have access to building from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00p.m. Monday thru Saturday.
Please Note Sunday rentals will only have access from Noon to 11p.m. You must
have the clubhouse cleaned and you will need to be vacated from the building by
11:00 p.m. There is no smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed in the building.
(If found you will lose your $200 security deposit no exceptions.)
