Is there any definate date on when the roads will be paved in the new section? I have seen the trucks working on the curbs, not sure if that is related or not. My kids are excited to ride thier bikes on the new road!

***Also, if there is going to be dirt spread on the vacant lots; I think those in the area that are doing construction should refrain from dumping the extra dirt, sod and materials on these lots. Across the street from me there is a pile of sod that was dumped in that lot last year when someone was having a patio, walkway ect.  installed. if you care that much about your lot, please care also about the lots around you. You can blame it on the contractor if you want but it looks bad. Now there are a few lots with dirt piles, extra sod and materials and it just looks crappy. I am very annoyed by this being done. Someone even dumped fish scraps on an empty lot the other day...to me that is worse than having dog crap laying around

Roads will be done within next couple of weeks.  Curbs were road related. 

PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN TO PLAY ON, RIDE ON OR DO ANYTHING ON THE DIRT PILES.  THIS DIRT IS FOR THE PONDS AND ANY EXTRA FOR LOTS.  IT IS NOT A PLAYGROUND.  WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR YOUR CHOICE TO ALLOW YOUR KIDS ON IT. 

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM DUMPING GRASS CLIPPINGS, TRASH OR ANYTHING ELSE ON THE EMPTY LOTS.  WE WANT THEM MOWED AND THE AREAS A TRACTOR CANNOT GET TO DO TO STUFF BEING THROWN THERE WILL NOT BE MOWED.  AS FOR FISH SCRAPS, THAT IS JUST NASTY AND AGAINST HEALTH REGULATIONS. 

We want to keep Orchard Hill looking nice, and improve it even.  Please help us to maintain the level of distinction we want to achieve.  We need everyone to do their share starting with your own house and lot.  thank you

as far as the elks lodge road issue, there is no issue.  it comes down to being a responsible driver.
