The people I have talked to do not know what's going on with the Home Owners Association. They have not received any minutes from the Management Co. or the Home Owners Ass. As previously stated most of the home owners are in the dark as to what has transpired at the meetings. When are we going to receive a notice of the next HOA meeting and meeting minutes.  All meeting notices and minutes should be put in writing and mailed to the home owners so tat we know what is transpireing with HOA.  As of todate we have not received an approved budget for the HOA or an accounting of the monies received or spent.

The meeting is Sept 29th 7pm at the Milford Library, consider that yuor notice and tell your friends.  You haven't missed any meetings or anything. From what I hear...and from the people I talk to, the HOA has been busy as all get out trying to get things "taken over". Show up at the meeting, grab your "Mercury" name tag and let's get the neighborhood up to speed shall we. Your BOLD suggestion can be brought up at the actual meeting, since all suggestions for the HOA should be brought up in person, at the meeting, so that they know who the suggestion is from and it can be openly discussed.  We pay a very small fee, demands for budgets and meetings updates being mailed will drain that budget from necessary items such as upkeep. Give them a break, they just took over a few months ago. I am sure you are on their list of people to contact with any changes, they just have not gotten to that portion of the list yet.   You can probably take a walk in the neighborhood and say "hi" to on of the HOA members...they were glad to talk to me about a few questions I had. . .
