StoneBridge HOA Meeting Minutes

Location: Minsky?’s Pizza ?– 7 Hwy
Attendees: Bill Myers, Debi Hobbs, Joe Andrews, Paul Gros, Tim
Cosens, Mike Smith
Absent: David Rosewell, George Poe, Martha Poe, Amanda Mindham
Shed (Board)
Although the shed on lot 194 was constructed prior to our approval
the plan was approved and the home owner was present to discuss any
changes.
Pond (Board)
Project has started and fountain has been turned off for the
duration
Rain has delayed scheduled start
Signs have been proposed and Debi is going to get an estimate
Clearwater contract will be reviewed and bid this fall
Storage Unit (Paul)
In an effort to create a general storage area for all the HOA
supplies a storage unit has been proposed. Paul has agreed to check
into size/price, etc.
Tree Gators (Bill)
Bill has agreed to cut the tree stumps to allow for application of
tree gatorswhich will help water the trees this summer.
Newsletter (Mike)
Need to add additional articles to fill newsletter and distribute.
Dues (Debi)
Prior to placing any liens, Bill will call all residents on the
outstanding dues list.
