Block Captains

What is a Block Captain?

There is one block captain per street. This person is simply in charge of keeping an eye on their street. That is, reporting things that need to be fixed such as a broken street light, or making sure there is no suspicious activity. A block captain would also keep an eye on properties that are not yet occupied.
