Hemby Woods Neighborhood Assoc.

I have just seen today a teen that has been breaking into houses in the neighborhood, including mine BACK ON THE STREET. I DON'T UDERSTAND HE IS NO GOOD.  He lives on Rain Creek with his parents. He knows they will lock him up and he will fet out. How can we get him and his family out of this neighborhood. They are renting that house not buying that house. I don"t feel safe at my own home since he is back out. The only time things happen in this neighborhood is when these young adults start tagging and breaking in our homes, when we are at work. WHAT CAN WE DO. WHAT CAN OUT HOME ASSOC DO ABOUT THIS? They have to do more than bother the ones who are doing their best at there own property. I have been here since 1999 and I am ready to move. Please help what can we do?
