To the President of the Cambridge Neighborhood Association.....Thanks for keeping our neighborhood looking like it is. Coming in the neighborhood the first thing I notice is mailboxes knocked down by these silly kids. Then I always love to see the Teens hanging out in the street. And the trash in the street after a long night of hanging out looks great. Oh yeah what about the junk cars in these backyards, or the Gang writing all over the street. Or do we need to talk about the cars racing up and down the street. Oh yeah Mr. President you are doing a GREAT JOB. But, I guess you are TOO BUSY trying to find out if the Cable Dish will be visible from the street, or if someone changed the color of the shutters on the house, or maybe if someone has a storage building without a fence. Mr. President you are a great leader. I just hope you are voted in again as the President. I wouldnt want someone to come in and clean this place up. Some Association. All TALK.

The mailboxes.....Good JOB PREZ!

I'm just not sure that some of you get it. The Association is not responsibile for Mail boxes. The Association is not responsible for juvenille delinquents. You want to complain, thats understandable. But blaming Mr. Rowser is not your answer, its a copout. He works digently to help maintain your property value. And while you may or may not agree with how he is trying to maintain your property value... at least he is trying. If you see a kid knocking down a mail box, call the police, call the post office, that is all Mr. Rowser or anyone can do. And if you want to make a difference in this Association, then do what the rest of us are doing, get out here and support it. Mr. Rowser may not be perfect, I'm not perfect, but, unless your last name is Christ, you aren't either. Its real easy to sit back and critize others when you aren't doing anything to improve matters. But if you become involved, you share the burden. Its our community. We have a Covenant, and an Association. Its only as strong as we make it. Come on and put some of those harsh opinions to work with our harsh opinions and make a difference. Who knows, you might even be the next Association President. Elections will be in December you know. So if you aren't happy with the way things are being done, get involved, but get involved now. Don't just sit back and complain because you don't like how its being done now.

Good Job Prez

seems to be you need to pay a little closer attention to the details you write about '' Anonymous'' the Gang writing has been off the streets for over a month, off the street signs for over a month, off the Ga power boxes for over a month. as for the fences everyone that moves in cambridge is givin the same paper to sign Shadow box fences must be used in the front part of the fence. dishes must be put in the back part of the roof. this is not something Preston makes up as he go''s its what we all agree to when we move in Cambridge. so i say yes Preston is doing a good job and i will sign my name to this statement. as for the racing of the cars Preston is not the local police if you see them racing you need to call the law get a tag number if posible let the police handle it for the mail boxes getting Knocked down preston is not the local maintance crew pass the word along anyone with info. on this can call the police and collect a reward for the info. leading the the arrest and conviction of the indvidule or indvidules doing the Vandalism.

Complaining

I guess I am confused with this outlash against the PRESIDENT?

I feel the same frustration seeing broken down mailboxes, kids hanging out and trash on the streets. However, I can not even imagine this being one persons vault. If anyone is to blame it is Cambridge Residents as a hole. We all need to realize that we live in this community together. Mr. Rowser is not hear to dictate what is or is not allowed but instead to get this association up and running.

Remember...there are going to be people who dont want to help out or follow the rules or even the ones who take NO pride in their property they own. So, instead we need to act on those negative vibes and DO OUR best to keep this neighborhood the place we all can call home.
