I think most owners are Brazilians who rent their property and do not live in Heritage Circle. If this is correct, We should write in Brazilian newspapers of local circulation several times, and make flyers and put it in all mail boxes.I think we should do more advertising, spreading what really happens in Heritage Circle. We should do balance sheets, surveys of current expenditures and costs of current management and comparisons with neighbor's condominiuns where they are more valued properties than us, where condominium offer more leisure than ours, and not for it are so expensive as ours is. Whe should show how much money each owner could save if the current administration is out. We need be together and do something, never give up and keep trying until the change comes. |
