I think renters do have the right to leave in a safe and clean area. We have the power to change the way this association is managed this January 27th 2010 at 7:00 pm. Everybody has the opportunity to vote for a new Executive Board of at least five voluntary members without pay (under condominium law) and would work solely for the interest of all the owners. Between the Real Estate crisis, the constant and excessive increases in maintenance, the poor conditions of the buildings, the potholes in the streets, and the wasteful handling of our money - has contributed to the depreciation of at least 50% of the value of the apartments.
