How can the difference in numbers be so great? Please someone explain this to me.

Because Roberto do (boca de urna), I don't know the means of those words in english, but it's the key. Most of the owners don't know nothing about the opposition, and Roberto calls all owners to come to the office before the election and ask them to vote for the current board. Many owners vote for Roberto because most think that their individual vote would not influence thte outcome of the election. Believing that nothing will change, then they have fear in going against the current administration and suffer some action by the board in hindering of rent your property. This is the reason that we must educate owners that every vote is important and influences in the election results. We must show all the benefits we will have if there is a change for the opposition. Showing the savings that we'll have if the HOA subside as the improvements that could be made in the condominium if we have a responsible administration, are some tips that could work in our favor.
