5. —Garbage Cans and Wood Piles— Not Visible from Street or Neighbor (Includes Recycle Bins -- Must Screen)
6. —No Yard Maintenance Equipment visible from the Street
7. —Air, Water and Noise Pollution — Includes Go Carts, Model Airplanes & Motorcycles
8. —Signs in Yard — One “For Sale or Lease”
9. —Erosion and Salutation - Nothing that creates Problem for Neighbor or Common Area
10.—Solid Waste — No Dumping or Burning (Includes Rubbish, Trimmings & Garbage)
11.—Home Industries — No Assembly, Instruction, Commodity Sales, Equipment, No Daycare or Professional Services which requires Traffic.
