We all enjoy living in heritage Village and appreciate our neighbors and the neighborhood. However, Heritage Village is at the age and stage in the life of the neighborhood where ongoing repairs are necessary to maintain the quality which our covenants were designed to protect.
The following policy is meant to promote and protect our neighborhood appropriately. Realtors have cautioned us and have encouraged us to be more proactive in enforcing the covenants because inattention to the covenants has already and will continue to negatively affect our property values and ultimately our quality of life together.
When problems arise, we encourage you to first speak with your neighbor in a friendly and non-threatening way. With this in mind, the following procedure (found on the following page) has been approved by the Board of Heritage Village.
