I would suggest instead of arbitration you believe a lawsuit is the only way to get rid of this management company and the board of directors who have allowed the conditions to deteriorate to the present low conditions of damage to the facilities The board of directors need to be held personally liable for all the mismanagement for the past 10-15 years.
These people knew that the roofs needed replacement back in 1995 and did not complete the job or notify the community.
These Board of Directors are not following the Delclaration
This will hold up in court!
