Nobody is cleaning our neiborhood and in a week we will get a bill for neiborhood assoc. and we would like to know for what.Nobody cares if you can get out on the street from your driveway i dont thank that is fair to pay 216.00 a year if nobody cares how our neiborhood looks like.I f people are not paying dont clean intfront of  ther house but way we mast suffer when we pay every year. thanks

Greens Lawn Service is providing snow removal for our addition.  They have been out at least 2 times for snow plowing.  They do wait until later in the evening when snow if falling throughout the day so they won't have to come out twice and bill us double.  I encourage you to contact a board member if there are problems that you are encountering.  A list of board members and their phone numbers are on this site for you to access.  The board meetings are the first Monday of every off month (ex: Jan, March, etc) at 6:30 at the Dupont Library. Please contact a board member first because the library has many things going on and sometimes we are unable to schedule the meeting the day that we want.

It is Wednesday. No trucks have come through from the Monday snow.

I agree we pay a lot for no snow removal.

And what happened to requiring us to shovel our own walks. Talk a walk, or try to around the area.... how many have not shoveled their own sideway?

And what happened to the rule of not parking your car across your driveway/sidewalk.

And to block a fire hydryant?

The neighborhood is not improving.
