2007 Pool Rules

New Pool Rules for Hickory Hills

1. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool at any time. Anyone using the pool does so at their own risk.
2.Pool gates must be closed at all times Failure to do so may result in immediate closing of the pool by the Wilson County Health Dept.
3. Residents will be responsible for their guests and their actions.
4. Must use key to enter/exit(fence hopping may result in expulsion or fines.

Pool Hours: 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.

4.No glass containers of any type are allowed in the pool area. Any glass found in or around the pool may result in the immediate closing of the pool by the Health Dept.
5. The pool and pavilion area may not be reserved.
6.Any drunk, disorderly behavior or vandalism will be reported and handled by the Mt. Juliet Police Dept. Please do not play loud music in the pool area. Be considerate of homeowners nearby. No running or diving allowed.
7.Food may be eaten in the pool area, however, no eating or drinking while in the pool, and no littering.
8.No pets allowed in the pool area at any time per the Health Dept.

9.Swimsuits only at the pool.
10. Use of pool after 10 p.m. must not disturb other residents.
11.One key per household will be issued to every resident current on their dues. Anyone wishing to obtain another key must contact Gasser at 501-0017. Any Board member has authority to ask to see pool keys, and to ask any resident not following rules to leave at any time.
12.If you are observed allowing unauthorized people into the pool area, you will be asked to leave, and will be subject to the loss of pool priviledges.
15. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No exceptions.
The pool may be closed at any time for maintenance or repair. 18. Per the association covenants, no commercial use of the pool is allowed at any time.(i.e. swim lessons)19. The adult pool is only available for those 18 years or older. No exceptions.
