PRESIDENTS COMMENT
Well, it's that time of year again, time for our annual association General Membership and Election meeting. I would like to take a moment to thank the board members for their efforts over the last year and request that those of you reading this note to consider volunteering some of your time to the association's future efforts to help our community. It doesn't take much, typically one hour a month, in passion out newsletters, scheduling and holding events like the Easter Egg Hunt and other worthwhile events. At the moment, the board meets the first Wednesday evening of every month and has several items on its agenda. All 7 of the officers and directors positions are open each election year and several people have indicated that they will not be able to continue on in their positions. Hence, we need your help. If you're interested, please call me, Bud Mullin (834-2116) or email me at mullibu1@hotmail.com and I will enter your name on to the nominations list to be voted on at the meeting. We all have busy lives but we really need a few more people to volunteer to help out.
