Since the yard waste ban went in to effect, we have noticed that yard waste, in the form of very large, green, obviously cut, tree branches have been dumped at the back of our lot. Have not decided what to do about it yet, because it is hard enough work keeping the lot clear of our waste, although we are gradually taking all of it to the recycling center.
Other residents might want to monitor their own yards.
