2005 Association Dues
Quarterly HOA Dues
Did you pay your quarterly dues ($45) by April 1, 2005 in order to avoid a $27.00 late fee. Payments should be send to Hidden Lakes HOA, PO Box 156, Fairview, TN 37062; or give to Spenser Aden (Treasurer) at 7208 Hidden Lake Dr


Executive Board Officers ?– During the last couple of months, both the HOA President (Whit Hubner) and Vice-President (Jackie Jackson) have resigned from the Board. The remaining Board members have appointed new Board Officers to fill the open positions, and are pleased to announce that Rand Ramsdell agreed to serve as the new Vice-President and his expertise is this area is much appreciated and welcome, and Jeff Wood has agreed to serve as the new HOA President.

New Neighbors ?– We would like to welcome new neighbors to our community : Curtis & Barbara Habens at 7328 Hidden Lake Circle; Rebecca Halstead at 7320 Hidden Lake Circle; and, Daniel & Jennifer Dillingham at 7355 Hidden Lake Circle

Web Site ?– We do have a web site now for the HOA at www.neighborhoodlink.com (type in 37062). We have added some information (it?’s a work in progress), including the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Covenants. We are in the process of reviewing these documents for revision and hopefully will get copies out to all residents so that discussion can occur in the near future. There is a place to add about your family if would like to.
