Hi, At least two homeowners look at this. Timberstone did not sign a contract with Hilts Management to run our HOA. Hiltz only receives assessments and lamely attempts to collect past due. Our funds there have not been used for more than mailing expense. The vacant lots are on County record as being owned by Live Oak Realty in Raleigh. They have done some mowing and cleaning and promiseto maintain the lots. Timberstone planted turf at entrance wayand at model home. We need to have a general meeting of all homeowners. That will be scheduled when Timberstone provides information requested and agrees to attend. Hiltz will attend, Live Oak probably not, but may provide information and a contact person. There is a strong chance the HOA could be turned over to us early. We must get assurance that roadway and storm drainage completionwill not be at our expense. Timberstone pays for several items that we will have to take over. Street lighting, tax, electric, water and landscaping for the entrance way and monument, and liability insurance are those known so far. The street lights cost $150 per month. Timberstone has not shared information on the other expenses yet.
