Mr. Curtis McCurry, Timbertone local manager, promised to respond to issues in two weeks time back before Christmas. This was at his office at his invitation. He never replied as promised. I contacted him and still no reply. I can only assume that the issues won't be addressed in any form. Timberstone holds the position that they do not have to enforce or comply with the Covenant of our HOA. To do so would cost them money and power of control. The fact remains that they can be held accountable for their acts and omissions when the HOA is turned over to the homeowners. The unfortunate thing is that some homeowners have followed the example in kind. Those folks can also be held accountable and risk penalties.
