Hi, Timberstone/Westport Inc. hired Pivot Management Company last September to facilitate our HOA as a full service manager. Timberstone/Westport remains in charge. Our assessments ( dues ) will be used to pay all the expenses of our community. One of those is $200/month management fee for Pivot. Landscaping, street lights, lawn irrigation and illuminating the monument are some of the others.
There will be a letter given to each homeowner explaining our situation in detail.
