Hi, As you know, there is one lot left that is rather undesirable. Once built on we will go to the process of turnover of the HOA, nomination of officers and board of directors. There is a lot of unfinished items to be addressed prior to that. To insure resolution, I have been in deep discussion with Miss Erin Bottenberg at Pivot Management. There will be a walk thru of all properties, private and common and the County will inspect roadway and storm water for compliance before they take over responsibility.
Miss Bottenberg will be sending information packets to all of us when arrangements have been made for our first general HOA meeting.
