Article VII - Amendments of Bylaws

AMENDMENT OF BYLAWS: These bylaws may be amended at any regular or special meeting by a sixy-six percent (66%) vote of the quorum provided that the amendment(s) have been submitted in writing to the Association prior to the vote.

Article VIII - Dissolution

DISSOLUTION OF THE HIGHLAND FARMS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION: Upon dissolusion of the Association, any assets remaining after payment of debt and liabilities shall be given to a non-profit community group, as directed by a majority of the Executive Board.

Article IX - Adoption of Bylaws

The above Highland Farms Neighborhood Association Bylaws stand approved by the members of the Association on_________________________, 2004.
